We chose Sarah because she knew our area. Did we ever make the right decision. She's outstanding! First we could relate as we are both vets. She was basically available 24/7 to answer questions. Whenever I asked if we needed to do something she said that she already did it; always one step ahead of us. Distance to the new house (80 miles round trip) was never an issue with her. I haven't bought a house in 25 years and a lot has changed. Sarah helped us along the whole (new) process. From showing to closing it was only 31 days. We could have closed 2 weeks earlier but the sellers were not ready. I would whole heartedly recommend Sarah to family, friends or anyone.
